What is curbside service?
Curbside Service allows customers to reserve and borrow items without entering the building.
Please allow twenty-four (24) hours for fulfillment.
Who may use curbside service?
All Franklin County Library cardholders in good standing may use the service.
​How many items may I pick up using Curbside Service?
A total of ten (10) items may be borrowed at one time by the cardholder. DVDs are limited to four (4); Wonderbooks are limited to two(2).
How do I use the Curbside Service?
Place a hold on your items using the following options:
Call the library at 931.967.3706. Your library card number is needed. Schedule a time to pick up your items.   
Online using the Librista app. Download the app. Sign in using your library card barcode number. It's on the back. The initial password is the last four (4) numbers of card numbers. You may change this once registered.
Locate your title. Click place hold.

Pick up your items.
When you arrive, call 931.967.3706 to let us know where you are in the parking lot and what color vehicle you have.
How do I return library materials?
Inside or in the bookdrop. There is a separate slot for media such as DVDs and Audiobooks.
