Music CDs are loaned for two weeks and may be renewed twice unless on reserve or seven days overdue. A fee of 10¢ a day will be assessed for each day overdue. Music may be renewed by phone or online.
DVD are loaned for two days, two per household, and are not renewed by phone. A fee of $1.00 per day per movie will be assessed for each day overdue.
Public computers shut down 15 minutes before closing to allow staff to erase all searches to protect
privacy of patron.

The Teen and Tween Action Group meets every Friday at 3:30 p.m. TAG is a volunteer group of tweens and teens in grades 6 to 12 who desire to share in the creating and planning of programming for their peers, acquiring volunteer hours, and playing a vital role in their community.

A free library card is issued to persons at least five years of age, who live, work, or go to school in Franklin County. If under 14 years of age, a parent, grandparent, or guardian must sign for registrant. Registrant must provide an ID and one piece of mail with applicant's name and current address. An alternate phone number is appreciated, also.
